Fully Online Programmes – Students Payment Methods

IMPORTANT:

  • All tuition fees due should be paid in full before registration will be allowed.
  • International payments may take longer to clear than normal.
  • International students are not required to pay the international levy.
  • All previous debt with CEA must first be settled before a student can register for a fully online programme.
  • Bad debt written off does not mean the student is now exonerated from the debt. Payment still needs to be made before the student can register.

 

Credit Card

For online E-payments please use the following link: https://learn.cea.co.za/login • Credit card payments will reflect on your CEA student account immediately.

 

EFT

Students with a valid CEA Student Number, using electronic banking:

The CEA FNB Tuition Fee account is available as a pre-defined beneficiary on the electronic platforms of all the major banks, including Capitec Bank.

  • Search for the predefined beneficiaries on your electronic banking platform.
  • Select the CEA FNB Tuition Fee account and save that as a beneficiary to make payment.
  • Use your valid CEA student number as a reference.
  • EFT from FNB to FNB will reflect on your CEA student account within 15 minutes.
  • EFT from any other back to FNB may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your CEA student account
  • EFT made from outside the country’s borders may take even longer. It is recommended that foreign students effect payment at least ten working days before the registration period closes.

ATM

Students with a valid CEA Student Number, using any FNB Cash accepting ATM.

  • Use any FNB cash-accepting ATM.
  • Select the cardless services option on the ATM Deposit the cash.
  • FNB Recipient Name, key in CEA and then space Select CEA tuition fees account.
  • ATM payments made at an FNB ATM will reflect on your CEA student account within 15 minutes.
  • ATM payments made at any other bank to FNB may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your CEA student account.
